Scalecide:
Pt. $5.00; Qt. $9.00.
Fruit trees should be planted in a location with full sun, good drainage and good air circula-
tion. Plant in pairs as most need to be pollinated by another variety for optimum production.
The ideal planting mix is a combination of sandy loam and peat moss. For specific planting
methods, consult the Planting Guide on page 19. The use of ferti-lome Root Stimulator and '
Starter Solution at planting time will greatly reduce transplant shock and help your fruit trees
resume their normal growing habits more quickly.
