exposure to this weed but it
has not proved very effective.
At best the immunity is tem-
porary. The extract should he
injected; in adv ante of the
season— never after the erup-
lion has appeared. Oral pro-
phylactic tablets are even
sheuld be given by mouth in di-
minishing doses for four or five
days This has produced better
results than local treatment but
there is no harm in using both.
An old but welcome treatment
