After a period of restfulness dur-
ing the hot summer months the mem-
bers of Holy Trinity Mission again
commenced their forward movement
by giving an ice cream party to its
members at the home of Mrs. S. W.
Barnes, the occasion being made more
delightful by the presence of the Rev.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles W. Freeland,
who were the guests of the occasion
and to whom a silver teapot was pre-
sented by Mr. E. E. Stone on behalf
of all members of the mission. It
was a happy idea to make known in
this way to Mr. Freeland how great-
ly his untiring efforts and faithful
services had been appreciated by the
' congregation of the mission, and to
give to him some token whereby in
after years he might feel assured that
his services and labor towards the
upbuilding of Holy Trinity Mission
were not in vain and that he carried
away with him the highest regards
of those with whom he labored.
