has filed in the County Court of Austin
County, an application for an order to
sell the following property of said Es-
tate, to-wit:
Two lots in what is known as the
Walker addition in said town of Sealy,
lying just North of and;adjoining prop-
erty heretofore sold by J. J. Walker in
his lifetime to Elbert Brown. About
25 lots, or 2} acres of land lying just
North of and adjoining the right of way
of the M. K. & T. Ry. in said town of
Sealy, just North of the Cotton Oil mill,
less lota 22 and 23 heretofore sold off.
Lots 4, 31, 32 and 39 in what is known
as Eugene Blacknell subdivision of the
town of Sealy.
A tract of land of about 1 acre, lying
West and adjoining the Campus of the
Colored School in the town of Sealy,
North of a tract heretofore sold to
Lucinda Williams.

homa, last year, is at home here for

Brtay Jr., of Florence, spent several

tay Sr. The trip was made overland,
and on their return they were accom-
panied by Mrs Ambrose Lyth.

daughter Helen, after spending ten
days here at the home of Mr. and Mrs.
Paul Machemehl and other relatives,
left Wednesday for Kenney, where
they spent the day with relatives, and
left that night for their home in San
Antonio.
Mr. and Mrs Emory Butler left
Thursday for their home in Lubbock.
They are making the trip overland in
their car and expect to be on the way
about five days, making stops here
and there with relatives and friends.
Their many Bellville friends regret to
see them leave, but are glad to know of
their returning in the late fall.
