Strauss spent Wednesday in Houston,

By virtue of an execution issued out
of the Honorable District Court of
Harris County, for the 80th. Judicial
District of Texas, on the 5th. day of
March A. D. 1923, by the Clerk there-
of, in the case of Houston Ice and
Brewing Association versus J. W.
Davis and T. B. L. Davis, No. 100269.
and to me, as Sheriff, directed and de-
livered, I will proceed to sell, within
the hours prescribed by law for Sher-
iff’s Sales, on the first Tuesday in
May A. D. 1923. it being the 1st day of
said month, before the Court House
door of said Austin County, in the
town of Bellville, the following de-
scribed property, to-wit:
(1) Lots Four (4) and Five (5) in
Block Twenty-six (26) and all improve-
ments thereon in the town of Sealy,
Austin County, Texas, as shown by
the map of said tow n made by M. L.
Lynch, engineer, and recorded in the
deed records of Austin County, Texas,
to which reference is herein made for
all purposes, and being the same
properly described in the deed from
R. P. Josey and wife to J. N. Whitley,
recorded in volume 18. page 287, et
seq. of the deed records of Austin
Coanty. Texas;
(2) Lot Ten (10) in Block Twenty-
nine (29) and Lot Six (6) in Block
Forty-five (45) in the town of Sealy,
Austin County, Texas, said property
being more fully described in that cer-
tain deed of trust recorded in the
Mortgage Record of Austin County,
Texas, in Volume 8, pages 34 to 37, to
which reference is herein made for all
purposes;
(3) One Certificate No. 956 for four
shares of common stock also Certifi-
cate No. 1002 for Forty-one (41)
shares of preferred stock in the In-
dustrial Transportation Company, a
corporation organized and existing
under the laws of the District of
Columbia, U. S. A., both of said cer-
tificates being issued in the name of
Daniella Davis and endorsed in blank
by her.
Levied on 14th day of March A. D.
1923, as the property of J. W Davis
and T. B. L. Davis to satisfy a judg-
ment amounting to $2687.78 with aix
per cent interest from the 5th. day of
October A. D. 1922, in favor of the
Houston Ice and Brewing Association
and costs of suit.
Given under my hand, this 5th day
of April A. D. 1923, and advertised for
sale the lat day of May A. D. 1923.
