for Gus Russek pretty hard.”
Senator Clark: "Yes, Squire
Vogt ought to be at least neutral.
When I organized the First Na-
tional Bank, Squire Vogt wanted
his son Charlie to clerk in the
bank and said he could work for
nothing for a year, if I would
put him in the bank. I told him
we would give him ten dollars
per month, if he wm not worth
that he would not be worth any-
thing. Gus Russek and several
others protested putting Charlie
in the bank. Charlie has made
good and is now assistant cash-
rodt also entertained on Sunday Schulenburg and teach Gus Rus-
