lished in Wise county, Texas, for 20 days
exclusive of the return day, a copy of the
following notice:
The State of Texas, to all persons in-
terested in the Estate of D. E. Arrington
a minor, G. D. Arrington guardian has
tiled in the county court of Wise county,
an annual account for the year ending on
the 10th day of December, 1888, Estate
of said minor and also asking to be re-
leased from further responsibility as such
guardian, which will be heard at the next
term of the county court of Wise county,
on the first Monday in January, 1889, at
the court house thereof, in the citv of
Decatur, at which time all persons inter-
ested in said Estate may appear and con-
test said account, if they see proper.
Herein fail not, but of this writ make
due return, showing how you have exe-
cuted the same.
Issued the 16th day of December, 1888.
