Wise County—Greeting:
You are hereby commanded to
summon E H. Beck and the unknown
heirs of E H. Beck by making publi-
cation of this citation once in each
week for eight consecutive weeks pre-
vious to the return day hereof, in
some newspaper published in your
county, if there be a newspaper pub-
lished therein, but if not, then in any
newspaper published in the 43rd judi-
cial district, but if theie be no news-
paper published in said judicial, then
in a newspaper published in the near-
est district to said 43rd judicial dis-
trict to appear at the next regular
term of the district court of Wise
county, to be holden at the court-
house thereof, in Decatur, on the 4th
Monday in Mayl, 1917, the same
being the 28th day of May, 1917. then
and there to answer a petition tiled
in said court on the l0th day of
March, 1917, in a suit numbered on
the docket of said court No. 4098,
wherein Andrew B. Morris is plain-
tiff and E. H. Beck and his unknown
heirs defendants, and the nature of
the demand set out in said petition
being a suit in trespass to try title to
the following described land situated
in Wise county, Texas, to-wit: Part
of a Robinson survey beginning at
the southwest corner of the W H.
Fitzgerald tract and the same being
the common corner of the O H P.
Reed and W. H. Fitzgerald tracts;
thence north 604 5-10 feet to corner:
thence east with line of said Fitzger-
ald tract and the west line of the
town of Paradise 882 3-10 feet; thence
south 394 feet to corner; thence west
422 2-10 feet to corner; thence south

460 feet to place of beginning contain-

Primitive Baptist, preached at the
Boyd Baptist church Sunday at 11 to

ers led in singing and all enjoyed the
