of federal prisoners that they were
not getting a sufticlent amount of
food in the county jam here. Judge
Wm. H. Atwell of the United Staten
Distriet Court ordered the U. B.
marshal's force to make an inventi-
gallon Wednesday and report to
him Thursday.
Judge Atwell stated that he had
received three communication, from
prisorerk in the jail, all complain-
ing of the name thing. He dated
in open court that he paid no at-
tention to the first two but merely
handed them over to Sheriff Mur-
phy.
