A. C. Butler, an employe of Lillard
Milling Company, had a very narrow-
escape from death while working at
the mill last Saturday. His overalls
caught on a set-screw on a shaft, and
he was being drawn into the shaft
when he was successful in tearing
loose from the screw. One arm was
badly bruised in his efforts to free
himself. Had Mr. Butler not been of
