porate limits to stop at all stop signals
before proceeding, and to slow down
at all slow signals, and fixing a fen-
alty for volution thereof.

of the City of Decatur, Texas. that on
and after the publication of this ordi-

person, firm, corporation or association
driving or operating any kind of auto-
mobile, truck,, tractor, mootrcycle or
any kind of vehicle, to pass by or over
ay stop signal placed upon the streets
within the corporate limits of the City
of Decatur without first coming" a

ation or association driving or operat-
ing any kind of vehicle within the
corporate limits of the City of Decatur
violating the first section of this ordi-
nance shall be deemed guilty of a mis-

cently has seriously handicapped the
progress on this big potential highway
is Ihe lack of ad bridge crossing on
Red River, north of Saint Jo, in Nion-
tag county. That problem is being
