Copies of the two documents
discussed are available in City Hall
for anyone wishing to read them in
full. I have only extracted the
highlights, but made a concerted
effort not to take anything out of
context. If I am accused of writing a
slanted article — so be it. But come
and read the documents yourself
before giving credit to such accusa-
tions. Some might find the distortion
of facts comical if not for the price
being paid by the community.

themselves as Sunrise Beach home
owners, also filed a second document
in the 33rd Judicial District Court —
a motion for class certification. This
document lists the claims of the
plaintiffs which are allegedly “typi-
