Funeral services were held at the
Sheppard Chapel of Memories in San
Saba County April 22. The Rev. Lynn
Barton officiated. Interment was at
the San Saba City Cemetery.
Survivors include a son and daugh-
ter-in-law, John and Marge Molloy
of Los Angeles; one nephew, John F.
Giles, III, of San Saba; and a host of
friends. She was preceded in death
by one son, Charles Molloy.
Pallbearers were Jimmy Shook,
Pat Murray, Jack Miller and Dean
Bagley.

daughters. Carmen M. Daniel and
Penny L. Cordell, both of Llano; a
brother. Bill Ballard of Buchanan
Dam and five grandchildren.

placed second in District University
Interscholastic League (UIL) compe-
tition held Saturday, April 23.
Taking first place was Marble Falls
with 181 points, with Llano scoring
ill points. Others were: 3. Lampa-
sas 68,4. Brady 50, 5. Burnet 34 and
Early 21.
The contest included grades 6, 7
and 8 in number sense, spelling,
poetry reading and ready writing.
Those placing from Llano are as
