They continue to manufacture three classes of
their justly celebrated Patent Portable Saw Mills,
which have given so much satisfaction to purchas-
ers throughout the Union. These Mills can be
driven by Horse, ieam or Water power, being
equally well adapted to either. They manufacture
all kinds and sizes of steam powers, such at s .earn
Engines. Boiler and Smoke Stacks, mounted on
wheels, ready to be attached to thesaw mill, with
the engine detached ready toco to work, or steam
engine and plain cylind r boilers.
They mannfacture a large size Horse Power,
with aneniarged wheel, and third ilass Saw Mill,
partienlar ly adapted to plantation purposes; many
hundreds of which are in use throughout the
States, doing good service and enjoying the favor
of the bst judges
They al o manufacture Horse Powers of three
sizes, adapted to all the purposes of the plantation
and farm, also timber wheels and lumber cars.
Their Portable Gircular Saw Mills ii ave been
groatly improved, and may now be said to be per-
f ct in all their details, and to rank as the greatest
Libor-saving machines of the age.

As their mills are patented and their rightshave
been infringed up n, and they have lately obtained
damaresi. an action brought in the United States
Circuit Court for the District of Maryland, for an
infringement of their patent rights, they hereby
fi rewarn and caution all persons from purchasing
