LEWISVILLE—The athletic program at Lewisville
High School will be departmentalized next year as a step
to prepare for the growth of the school
The Board of Trustees has made the decision as Lewis-
ville High School prepares to become a class 3A school in
the next few years and has re assigned the positions of
the athletic personnel.
Ben Harmon, who has been head coach at Lewisville for
the past six years, has been named assistant principal and
athletic director.
Sherrill Bottoms, who has been assistant football and
track coach for the past two years. has been appointed
head football coach.
