to Denton police Thursday from Dave
Krause Pontiac on University Drive
According to the report, the wheel
covers were stolen from seven new
cars parked on the front parking lot
between 8:15 p.m. Wednesday and 7
a.m. Thursday
Department responded to a tip like

federal true bill include the following:
On Sept. 11,1978, Foster, Fuller, and
Willis Judge Butler rented an airplane
in the vicinity of Dallas, flew to New
Orleans, and from there traveled to
Pascagoula, Miss., and on to Coden.
Ala. Still on Sept. 11, in Coden, the
three defendants met with a man,
identified as not a defendant, to
discuss purchase of the “Agnes
Pauline."
On Sept. 15, Fuller, Foster and
Butler met in Dallas, and Ms. Davis
was also present. On that same date,
$44,000 in cashier's checks, drawn on
the Union Bank and Trust of Dallas,
were purchased in the name of Allen
Bullock.
On Sept. 23, Fuller and Butler flew
to Beaumont, and there Butler met
with Sythe.

Colombia coast for a return trip to
Port Arthur.
On Nov. 26, other alleged con-
spirators, Butler, James Louis
Holland, Larry Dale Washington,
Dayton Bud Evans Jr,, Thomas T
Wimberly, Brooks and Elmer. Glenn
Culver Jr. traveled to Port Arthur.
On Nov. 29, the “Agnes Pauline”
with its crew docked at the Quality
Seafoods in Port Arthur, where they
apparently were met by the other •
defendants. All are charged with
particpating in unloading the

told her to "put (her arm) back and
not make any noise."
They then entered a building and
began walking up several flights of
stairs, Ms. Geiger said, when she
heard someone coming down the
stairs. When she “cried out to (the
person) to help me,” her assailant
told her "to be quiet and not make any
more mistakes,” Ms. Geiger said.
Continuing up the stairs, Ms. Geiger
said she again heard voices, and
began "erying and screaming for
help.” The man released her and ran
up the stairs, she said, when two men
came into the stairway.
The two nnen, Richard Baxter and
Donald Foster, testified they were
near the second floor stairway door
when they heard a woman s screams
coming from the stairway. They went
into the stairway and began walking
up the stairs, when they saw Ms.
Giger stumbling down the stairs. The
men grabbed her, took her to the first-
floor lobby and called the police.

Fuller and Ms. Davis, met in
Galveston on “various occasions” to
discuss and implement outfitting the
boat.
Also during October, Foster, Fuller
and several others met in Sevierville,
Tenn., to discuss procuring money to
complete the outfitting of the boat.
On Nov. 1, Foster and Fuller met
Randolph L. Peyton, also named on
the federal indictment, at Houston
Intercontinental Airport, and Peyton
was hired to captain the "Agnes
Pauline” to Santa Marta. Colombia,
for a $65,000 fee to be paid by Foster.
On that same date, Peyton tran-
sported an explosive device aboard a
commercial airline to the vicinity of

Count 1 of the indictment itemizes 24
"overt acts" from Sept. 1 through
Nov. 29, 1978, in which plans were
made and the smuggling operation
carried out.
Foster is named in several of those
allegations, including making
arrangements for purchase of the
“Agnes Pauline" and hiring a
Houston man to captain the vessel.
Foster is also named in other counts
for possession with intent to distribute
and illegally importing marijuana
into the United States.
In other counts on the indictment,
Fuller is charged with possession with

Dan Manning, an NTSU student,
testified that he was on the fourth
floor of Kerr Hall dormitory when he
heard a woman screaming, "Help
me," in the stairway, and that as he
was approaching the stairway door,
McCurin ran through the door from
the stairway and down the hall.
Manning said he ran into tne
stairway, saw the woman being
assisted by two men and then ran
back into the hall in an unsuccessful
- attempt to follow McCurin.
When he was unable to locate
