with theft over $200 with two prior,
convictions' and a habitual criminal

convicted of theft in Dawson County in
1972 under the name Leonard Har-
daway and convicted of forgery in
Ellis County in 1974 under the name
L.C. Hardaway.

—Curtis Howard Hamlin III, 30,
charged with theft over $200 with two'
prior convictions and a habitual
criminal charge added to the in-
dictment. The two convictions alleged
in the indictment are a 1969 conviction

strument and a 1975 conviction for
theft over $200, both in Dallas County.
