In this present day conflict
man must realize that the spiri-
tual and physical life cannot be
separated. God has made his
order so that He is the only
person who can separate the
two. When man attempts to
separate the spiritual and phy-
sical, he meets with destruc-
tion.
So, the Christ laid the way
for His church to observe the
Lenten season by fasting and
praying. Of all times in- history
man has never found himself
in such a dangerous position.
Man has forgot God. What else
can you expect but this chaos
that man has got himself in-
to. So, my friends, as the Len-
ten Season begins, St. John’s
Episcopal Church invites you to
come and join with its members
in the church’s great season of
Return to Your God. Seek Him
daily. Pray daily. Give thanks
daily. Confess your sins daily.
Fast daily so that you can com-
mune daily.
