consistent backfield man for Cle-
burne. He ripped the line and
circled the ends fr- meteylel gains
and his driving power was ap-
proached only by Jock Johnson
adn Hugh Stephens. The latter
had trouble with his Interference
on end plays.
The game was unusually free
from fumbles with only tour be-
ing committed, three by Cleburne
-and one-by itasri Itesee ineiden-
tally recovered all of them.
The feature run of the game
was a 53-yard sprint by Putter
Holliday, elusive Jacket back. He
started around left end and cut
back to the right following sensa-
tional interference until only one
man remained in his way. He
successfully sidestepped him and
