within that district because of
the fact he has been paying more
taxes than citizens in other parts
of the county.
It was explained that all the
bonds of district three would par-
ttetpaterin-the-Gtete bi -but,-ihat
over $1,000,000 in countywide bonds
were not eligible for participation
of which $900,000 was lost in The
National Bank here.
