The Annual Home-coming for
Omaha will be held June 9. The
services will be held in the Sanc-
tuary of the Methodist church.
A banquet will be held at Hotel
Stephens Mt. Pleasant on Friday
June 7.
This group is called the Ex-
students Assoclation.
A program has been planned
for the service* but is not avail-
able at this time. The contribu-
tions will be used for the Omaha
Cemetery. Both Baptist and

his farm operations and by about
March 1 he had gotten enough in-
crease in milk production and
saving on feed to pay all cost of
putting this field and other fields
in soil improving crop*. In ad-
dition to profit* from grazing aft-
er first of March he has an Oat
crop that will produce around 50
bushels of oats and approximate-
ly 100 pounds of vetch seed per
acre. In between these 20-Ineh
row* there is an excellent growth
of bermuda that is at least I to
10 inches high and when his seed
is harvested rattle will have ex-
cellent grazing on this area.

vetch and outs that he estimates
will make 15 to 40 bushels of
oats per acre Roberts got enouch
grazing in January, February and
March to pay all costs at putting
these crops in. It cost quite a bit
to put these crop* in, but I have
always found that they pay,” said

Dies June 1 in Naples
Charle C. Matheny of Omaha
passed away in the Naples hos-
pital June 1, after a week’s ill-
ness. He was 81 years old and
had lived in and near Omaha
since coming here from Alabama
at an early age.
Funeral services were held
June 2 in the Naples Funeral
Home and were conducted by
Rev James Womnack.
Survivors are: Mrs. Bill Stev-
ens of Omaha; Mrs. R. L. Phelps,
Beaumont; . Mr*. Odie Clark.
Greenville; 9 great grandchild-
ren and 4 great great randchild-
ren.
