He was born in La Grange
on March 29, 1904, and had
never married. He was a se-
curity guard at Hermann Hos-
pital in Houston.
Surviving are two sisters,
Mrs. W. L. Beckham of Bel-
laire and Mrs. G. H. Cox of
Houston.

She passed away August 20
in Youens Memorial Hospital
in Weimar.
Mrs. Guentert, nee Minna
Louise Elsie Loth, was born
July 18, 1898, at Freyburg, the
daughter of the late Karl and
Minnie Hinze Lott. On July
10, 1919, she was united in
marriage to Daniel Guentert
in San Antonio and the couple
settled in Freyburg.
Survivor* are her husband
at Freyburg: four daughters,
Mrs. Phillip (Evelyn) Fojtk
of Schulenburg, Mrs. Bennie
(La Verne) Maeckel at El
Campo, Mrs. Norman (Melda)
Whitsett of Houston, and Mrs.
