Mr. Tiedt, a World War II
veteran, died Tuesday in Fay-
ette Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Warrenton
on March 16, 1920, a son of
William and Emelle Havemann
Tiedt, and was married to Em-
ma Ullrich on March 22, 1941,
in Carmine. He was a retired
dairyman and farmer and Ufa-
long resident of the Warren-
ton community.
Surviving are his wife;mo-
ther, Mrs. Emelle Tiedt of Le
Grange; two daughters, Mrs.
Doris McCaskill of Houston
and Mrs. Rebecca Kunkel of
Warrenton; two sons, Larry
Tiedt of Tomball and Everett
Tiedt of Houston; two sisters,
