What the Stars Predict for July—Lucky and Unlucky Days
Venus and Jupiter Raphael’s RtrfhJav Forecast for the Month Unhappy Mortals
Promise
Prosperity
to the
United States
By Prof. Sothnos Letillier
the Famous Astrologer.
THE major lunation of the month
is ruled by the Night Goddess
and some workings in the body
politic wili very consistently be disposed
to shun the daylight. The leaden Saturn
vitiates the ascendant and brings the
labor problem somewhat unpleasantly to
the fore. The professional agitator is in
evidence with political grievance as a
convenient weapon with which to lash
the populace.
Pictures of calamity and sinister view-
points. however fail to obstruct the
prosperous outlook made obvious through
the luminaries conjoined with Venus and
the benefic Jupiter approaching the
Zenfth—an outlook that will hardly jus-
tify the usual campaign slogans against
prevailing conditions. Mercury afflicted
by Mars will emphasize the virulency of
these methods despite which the mantle
of industrial weal descends graciously
upon the national body with a broader
apparency to the same in the second
half or Full Moon period of the month
wherein Jupiter fortifies the eastern
angle in good aspect to Venus.
The quarter of enmity is well pro-
tected. and secret foes if any. are re-
duced to a negligible attitude. Our dip-
lomatic relationships are under easy con-
trol. and the executive mind is permitted
a temporary relaxation except near the
12th-13th when some renewed concern is
felt regarding our southern neighbor.
This concern however is more a finan-
cial than a military proposition.
Mexico will be in worse straits econom-
ically and otherwise than heretofore.
Our Government is much harassed
through various needs and clamormgs
for settlements and American vested in-
terests will undergo further complica-
tions.
The market potentials are pretty well
sustained throughout the July period ex-
cept between the Sth and 13th. around the
20th and the closing days when reaction-
ary sentiment prevails. Cereal quota-
tions may be gauged by bumper pros-
pects while manufacturing and mining
interests show cause for marked en-
couragement. Financial interests west
of the Mississipi. however are jeopard-
ized through Saturn the same influence
that pervades the economic situation in
Mexico.
Railroad telegraph and postal interests
are affected by Mars in the first half of
the month and accidents on Eastern
lines may be expected. This condition
is materially improved after the full
moon though the building industry is
under a cloud in this later period and
much damage through floods and faulty
foundations will be met with particularly
near the 21st and 28th. New York's sub-

THE following list of lucky and unlucky birthdays
in July has been compiled by Raphael the
famous astrologer and prophet of London.
Raphael explains that the birthday information must
not be taken as correct in every case as the hour of
birth will sometimes make a great difference either for
better or worse and. in accordance with the nature
of the hour whether it was fortunate or unfortunate.
Whatever day of the month your birthday falls on
you will find the prediction given for the good for-
tune or otherwise which will come to you during
the next twelve months. In italics are given the
prospects for babies born in July.
