Dear Editor
While sitting here last Sunday
evening and watching the Presiden-
tial debate, I realized that what these
men were asking me to do was to
trust them. It now has become very
clear to me that I cannot For I now
have no faith in a system of govern-
ing ourselves. I also understand that
these men were talking about far
more serious problems than mine,
but it was also then that I realized
that I, too, am an American citizen

tant as the next persons. How can a
system of "We the People" get our-
selves to a new all time low as we
have in the City of Alvin?
