At the Alvin City Council meeting on
Thursday, a building contract was awarded
for the sum of $195,000, preparing the way
for some major changes at city hall.
The contract was awarded to the Spigenor
Corporation because they were the lowest

sponsored a free program that provided area children with activities over the Spring Break holidays.

and local citizens reached an
agreement to have a section of the
city disannexation.
Stemming from a lawsuit that
was filed in November 1999 seek-
ing deannexation of two areas
east of Highway 6, the agreement
became final on March 4.

The Alvin Police Department and DPS/Narcotics are seeking infor-|
mation on the whereabouts of Christopher James Little. He is described
as a white male, 22 years of age. He is approximately 5’ 11" and 175
pounds. His hair is blond, but his head may be shaved at this time. Little
is being sought in connection with three warrants charging him with
Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance in Penalty group I and
Possession of Marijuana. All three charges are felonies. His bonds total
$105,000. Anyone with information leading to Little’s arrest is encour-
