Houston, Texas - How do some mobile home owners knock thou-
sands of dollars and years of payments off their loans?
The answer, according to Houston lawyer, James Heston, lies in a
rarely used federal law that allows them to PAY ONLY WHAI THEIR
MORII E HOME IS WORTH
"Mobile homes depreciate quickly," Heston says “Sometimes by as
much as half in the first 5 years."
“My clients only have to pay what their mobile homes are actually
worth. They can save thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars.”
Take the example of Kimberly A: She owned over $79,000 on her mobile
home loan. It was only worth $28,300. So $28,300 was all she had to pay.
Kimberty knocked over $50,000 and 22 years of payments off
her loan.
"It feels good to know that my mobile home will be paid off in just 5

years, instead of 27, says Kimberty
You don't need good credit to qualify “Many of my clients are
behind on their loans when they start the program." Heston says Some
have even been sued for repossession "
Once you start the program, your mortgage company is
legally barred from contacting you, wing you or repossessing
your mobile home.
“This program is an excellent way for people that are behind on
their payments to keep their mobile homes," says Heston
Mr Heston has represented over 2,000 Houston area individuals
and families in the last 6 years
He has written a report “Knock Thousands Off Your Mobile
Home and Pay It Off to 5 years!" You can get a free copy of this
