among poultry raisers conduc-
ted for Nutrena by independent
research organizations.
Concern of poultry raisers
about coccidiosis is not surpris-
ing for the economic damage of
death loss and below par per-,
formance takes a big bite of the
poultry man’s profits each year.
The new vaccine control is
given in the drinking water as
early as 3 days of age and a
preventive is fed for 8 weeks.
This gives a positive and
controlled exposure while build
ing immunity to 5 damaging
kinds of coccidiosis. Coccidiosis
is always present and only
through controlled exposure
can chickens be immune.
I his new method will save
costly medication after 8 weeks
making it unnecessary to feed
expensive preventives after the
8 week period.
Local dealers attending were
Walter G. Fritsche and Milton
Moerbe.
