Pecan Bake Show Results
Pecans may be at a premium
price, but we still had forty
entries in the Lee/Burleson Pecan
Bake Show on November 26 in
Caldwell. Youth and adults from
both counties came up with some
great recipes.
Two entries received the Beat
of Show awards. Arlene Feathers
won Best of Show Adult entry on
her Pumpkin Cake and Ricky
Mantey, Jr. won the Best of Show
Youth entry with his Earthquake
Cake. Both recipes were
outstanding.
Here are the results from the
show along with some recipes.
