Aid held its regular monthly meet-
ing Thursday, April 2nd, in the
Fellowship Hall, with 47 members
attending and Mrs. Minnie Thiele,
was gladly accepted as a new
member.
The devotional hour was opened
with the singing of a hymn. In ab-
sence of the Rev. Max Studtmann,
the devotional was conducted by
Mrs. John Socha. She read from
the Bible, Prov. 31:10-28, and
Rom. 16:1-3. The assembly par-
ticipated by reciting together the
L.W.M.L. Pledge. The discussion
topic on "Can Women Be Minis-
ters?" was ably presented by Mrs.
John Socha, Mrs. Herbert Nitt-
