Communities have been receiving
special training in 4-H Club work
since February 24 Classes have
been conducted weekly in various
homes of the leaders and the Gid-
dings Northwest High School The
training, conducted by the associ-
ate county extension agent, is de-
signed to provide the necessary
leadrship training for adult lead-
er to sponsor a community-cen-
tered 4-H organizations, and help
recruit and train other adult lead- I
ers in Lee County. The trainees 1
are developing a clearer under-'
standing of the adult leader ap-
proach and their roles in 4-H Club
work The adult leader or com-
muruty centered approach is aim- :
ed at letting the adult community 1
assume responsibility for 4-H Club
work with the agent as advisor ‘
