• On June 24, an officer was dis-
patched to a local grocery store parking
lot concerning a possible disturbance.
Upon arrival, the officer found four
subjects matching the description
given by the caller in a vehicle in the
parking lot. The officer contacted the
subjects, a 21-year-old female, an 18-
year-old male, an 18-year-old female
and a 13-year-old male. Officials said
the officer detected the odor of mari-
juana in the truck. Consent to search
the vehicle was obtained, and the offi-
cer found a bag containing a green
leafy substance, suspected to be mari-
juana, as well as zig-zag rolling papers.
None of the four subjects admitted to
any know ledge of the marijuana. Due
to the bag being in the center console
and accessible by all who were in the
truck, all of the subjects were arrested
for possession.
