Weekly Tuesday Programs
Weekly programs are held from 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. each Tuesday at the
Baytown Community Center, 2407 Market Street, in the Tejas Room. There
are no membership dues. Just join us for some fun and fellowship.February 6.......

February 27.....Monthly Luncheon and Games Day Join us for coffee and donuts at 9:30 a.m.,
stay and play bingo for prizes, or a game of 42 or dominoes, SkipBo, or just visit
with friends and meet some new people too. We'll share lunch at 11 a.m. , so
bring a good sized salad, vegetable or meat dish to share. We'll celebrate Feb.
birthdays and anniversaries. Stay after you eat for the 1996 TRAVEL SHOW....
Annual Valentine's Party sponsored by Lee College, Commissioner Jim Fonteno
and the City of Baytown's Parks and Recreation Dept. This will be held in the
auditorium of the Baytown Community Center from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 noon. Each
Senior Center and Club will be presenting their special Sweetheart and Beau.
Musical entertainment will be presented by vocalist Jonna Cagle-Page and pianist
Linda Hafer. There is no charge, but reservations are a must. Call 452-6071
AFTER Jan. 29th and leave your name.
"Let's Talk Opera!" Even if opera has never been your thing, come and be intro-
duced to the wonderful world of opera with the help of video snippets, musical
selections and entertaining commentary by expert Ann Thompson. She will guide
you into a world of glitz and glamour "where powerful tales of laughter and tears
provide a ride on an emotional roller coaster of fun." After this special program
there will be an opportunity for you to join a Houston group for a performance at
discounted prices.
"Ask the Doctor!" Dr. John Sanchez, President of BayCoast Health Center will
'"answer all the questions that you've been afraid to ask" when you have a doctor's
appointment and you're both in a hurry...Come and take advantage of having a
