power connections increased 17.4 percent. YTD, Harlingen was up
78.5 percent, McAllen increased 63.7 percent, Eagle Pass gained
39.6 percent, Del Rio rose 18.9 percent, Laredo gained 13.7
percent, El Paso increased 2.3 percent and Brownsville was up
