of a jury to try E. K. McCloskey. J
charged with carrying firearms occu-
pied virtually the entire morning in
the Bexar county criminal court Thurs-
day. MeCloakey is an employe of a
local railway company and is one of
several employes against whom similar
charge*- were filed. One man has been
acquitted. Attorneys for both sides
questioned the prospective jurors very
closely as to their convictions with re-
gard to one employe remaining at work
when his eom|»anions quit. Several ad-;
mitted that their union labor convictions |
would prejudice their trial of the case I
