And in keeping with this policy in every department, we have not overlooked our Soda Foun-
tain. We have arranged with the J. Hungerford Smith Co., whose name is a guarantee of
purity, for our year’s supply of all their products. We believe theirs is the best and purest
on the market today, such as Crushed Fruit, Concentrated Fruit Syrups, Orangeade, Jinger-
Pep, Catawba and Claret Phosphate, Etc., and their best of all—the Royal Purple Grape
Juice, which beats them all, they all say. In the same class you will find our Ice Cream, Milk
Chocolate and other drinks. They are pure and cold.

million people. If you haye land or city property that you c

your property with me right away so I will have time to i
find you a buyer. -
There Are Four Seasons to the Land Business, Viz: 1
FIRST.—The listing season, which ought to be early in the year,
so thatyour agent can thoroughly inspect your land and get up an C
honest story covering all the facts about your property. 8
SECOND.—The advertising season, the time when people are too
busy to leave home and look, but are watching out through the col- i
umns of their newspapers or journals fora place that the location and a
description might suit them. o
THIRD.—The looking season, the time when people have laved
their crops by and before the gathering time they are out inspecting :
these places they have read about.
FOURTH.—The buying season which begins with the looking C
season and extends on into the winter months. 0
“Procrastination is the thief of time,” “the man who wills to do a I
thing today but puts it off until tomorrow will never get it done.” |
You plant your corn, cotton, wheat and oats in their seasons and why
not be diligent about your business affairs and attend to them in their Q
seasons? You talk about the lucky fellow and if he would tell you ।
the truth he would tell you his success was not accorded to luck 1
but to diligent action to business in its season. Now I appeal to you r
to be diligent, take action, list your property with me today, in the 8
listing season so that I can do you justice in finding you a buyer. ‘

AL BOCK was a famous Grand Circuit winner in his
day, and is accounted one of the handsomest stallions that
ever appeared at the leading meetings of the country. He
was a free-legged horse, and one with sensational speed. His
blood lines cannot be excelled, for he is a son of Nedwood,
p, 2:15 (a son of the great Nutwood 2:1834, the leading sire
of dams of standard performers, and formerly the champion
sire of standard performers, and the only stallion in history to
hold that distinction, while his dam was Beulah H., the dam
of five, by Magic 1451, and his grandam the great producer
Ned, the dam of five, including Clemmie G. 2:15%2.) Al
Bock’s dam was Countess, by Sidney, p, 2:1934, the sire 0
Lena N, p, 2:05 4, Monterey 2:09%4, over one hundred
others in the list, and the grandsire of Lou Dillion 1:58%2.
Al Bock’s grandam was Grey Dale, by American Boy, Jr.
AL BOCK is already the sire of the fast pacer John
Bock 2:1234, and gets show horses as well as race horses, his
son, Al Fletcher, being a noted winner of blue ribbons, An-
other son won first at the Fort Worth, Texas, show against
the best in the southwest.

Yes, we admit it! NYAL’S FACE CREAM SOAP is the best that
is. No need to have a blotchy, pimply complexion any longer. If
you really want a good complexion, come to our store and buy a cake
of Nyal’s Face Cream Soap. It keeps the pores free from all foreign
matter and at the same time “tones up” the skin itself. Nyal’s Face
Cream Soap is just the thing for the tired tender face—soothing, cool-
ing and refreshing! It lathers freely in all kinds of water. Use it
once and you’ll wonder how you ever got along without it.

by Red Wilkes. Starch’s dam was Ximenia, she by Nut-

My judgment is that Starch K. is the best cross to be
