soloist,. Mrs. Harold Blasig, cou-
sin of the bride, sang "The
Wedding Prayer” and "The
Lord's Prayer," accompanied by
Mr. John J. Socha, the or-
ganist.
The bride, given in marriage
by her father, wore a floor-
length gown of organza over
taffeta. The fitted bodice of
chantilly lace featured a scal-
loped neckline and was en-
hanced with seed pearls. Long
sleeves tapered to points at her
wrists. The bouffant skirt, re-
embroidered with appliques of
lace and pearls, featured a bus-
tle of unpressed pleats and fell
into a chapel - length train. Her
fingertip veil of silk illusion
extended from a handmade
crown of seed pearls- The
wore an aqua blue two piece
dress with beige accessories.
She also wore a white carna-
tion corsage.
Following the ceremony, a
reception was held at the
Bob Hofferek, Miss Janet Soc-
ha, Miss Dottie Socha, Mrs
Charles Davidson, and Miss
American Legion Hall where a
couple
delicious barbecue supper with 1
all the trimmings was served
Members of the houseparty
were Mrs. Milton Bage, Mrs.
Darlene Wiley Mrs. James Mit-
schke registered the guests

length dresses of ocean blue

tiny fabric roses. They carried
bouquets of peppermint carna-
tions, and wore white gloves
and dyed to match shoes. Their
headpieces were made of four
fabric roses attached to a short
veil. ’!
Mr. Joe Dell Orts served as
best man. Groomsmen were
Charles Blasig, cousin of the
bride, and Walter Matthijetz,
