Very few cattle or calves were
received at Fort Worth Saturday
and the week-end trade was fea-
tured by nominal values on prac-
tically all classes.
Cattle runs during the week
have been shortened considerably
and the market closed with cheap
lines of cutter and low-cutter cows
at advances' of 25 cents or more
other classes of cattle, remaining
about steady. The better grades of
fed steers have become scarce and
not enough good fat yearlings
have been received to satisfy trade
requirements. Most of the week’s
cattle supply has consisted of
butcher cows, low-cutters and mix-
ed butcher classes.
