300 Men Women and Horses. Five Bands of Music. Fifty Dashing
Dazzling Circus Acts. Open Dens of Fierce Wild Beasts. Dozens of
Beautiful Shetland Ponies. The wolnderful performing elephants “Baldy”
and “Queen Jumbo. Be in town early to witness the grand glittering
street procession. Fix the date in your mind.
Among the countless attractions offered by the big Reynolds Circus and
Menagerie that exhibits here September 20tb are a pair of enormous ele-
phants known as “Raldy and Queen Jumbo.” These elephants were for
several years the pet and pride of juvenile San Francisco being stationed
in the zoological department of Woodward's Gardens. They were brought
to this country by the celebrated traveler J. B. Gaylord ami were once the
property of the King of Siam. The intelligence displayed by these huge
quadrupeds warrant the statement that they are beyond question; the finest
performing elephants in America.
The Melrose Family 6 in number the most daring acrobats of our time
are prominent members of the big Reynolds Circus and Menagerie that will
exhibit here September 20th.
THE STREET PARADE.
Be in town early and secure a good positon inorder to witness the dazzling
parade given by’ the great Rynolds Circus and Menagerie that will exhibit
here.
SMB
The musical part of the Reynold’s Colossal Shows has not been neglected.
Three magnificent bands appear in the giund street prossession on Sept. 20.
Only a few more days to wait. Circus day will soon be here. Let y our
mind goback to the days when the first rays of dawn found you up ready
to welcome the elephant into town. Take your little ones to the circus that
exhibits here September 20th and renew your childhood in contemplation
of their delighted little faces. It is money well invested.
THE BIG REYNOLDS SHOW.
Although he may be considered a newcomer in the circus world Mi. Rey-
nolds possesses that rare faculty and keenness of perception that enables
him to gather together that which is attactivc and pleasing to the public.
Combining these attributes together business judgment he has
been successful from the start. His show creates a good impression every-
where. The example set by the employer is exemplified from the highest to
the humblest employe. The manner in which the big enterprise is being
advertised is in itself a forerunner of packed tents. Remember the date.
