Mrs. Purcell brought Carolyn
here by plane late Tuesday with a
grun choice tormenting her mind.
She had been told by doctors in At-
lanta that Carolyn must either un-

olyn and her mother reported at

on $600,000 tax boonds to finance
a water filtration plant and ex-
tension of water lines has been
set for Jan. 27
The special election will pave
the way for Snyder’s entry into
the Colorado River Municipal Wat-
er District project.
Voters will be balloting, too. on
annexation of Snyder by the water
district (now composed of Big
Spring and Odeessa . on ratifica- |
tion of a water contract between
the city and district, and construc-
tion of the filtering facilities which
would be necessary before water
