Now, American girls are showing
the French how to wear clothes!
Doris Padmore, lovely New York
City girl whose home is at 70 Bar-
row atraet, la in Paris, displaying
gowns for Jean Patou, the famous
French designer. 1
The girls over there hove another
trick to learn from her. She says:
“Everyone marvels at the lustra and
softness of my hair. Many of the
girls ask me if I use briliantine. I
always delight in telling the easy
way we New York girls take care
of our hair. All we do is just put
a few dashes of Danderine on our
brushes each time we dress our hair.
The first few times I used it all my
dandruff disappeared and every time
it given new sparkle and life to my
hair. It keeps it in place, too, just
like I arrange it and makes my scalp
always feel grand. I don’t have to
shampoo nearly so often, either, new
and I’m using Danderine.”
Every application of Danderine re-
freshes and tones your scalp. It re-
moves the oily film and makes every,
strand gleam with new lustre. It
dissolves dandruff and keeps it out
of your hair. It isn’t sticky or oily.

THOSE HUSKIES
“Got to have a Mt of those huskies.” Wo often hear such a remark-
and from men whose experience has taught thorn that Dayton Red
Stripes are tough customers—standing up under terrific road punish*
ment and sustained high speeds—as no other tires will. There are
many reasons why. Dayton “REDS" are heavier—have stouter cords,
laid cloMr together—have more gum rubber between plies—have
extra plies—have stronger beads—and NO Reclaimed Rubber in them
whatsoever. Take our advice. Next time you buy tires—let them be
