Dale yesterday and were defeated by
the Dallas Giants, winners of the
Texas League pennant, by a score of
2 to 1. While the Lads were unable
to connect with Dale’s delivery, Wylle
was almost equally effective against
the Giants, keeping the bile well scat-
tered and holding the seasoned
