for their own malicious ends are will-
ing to commit any kind of crime.”
Fred C. Wheeler, president of the
Los Angeles Central Labor Council,
said:
“The fact that the Llewlyn Iron
Works is in warfare with the organ-
ised labor to lay this outrage at our
door. Every true friend of the cause
of labor knows that violence injuries
our cause more than those against
whom It may be directed."
Apparently the police have no de- ,
j finite clew to the perpetrators.
In view of the Los Angeles Times dy-
uamiting outrage, in which twenty-one
men were killed, today’s explosion has
| created extraordinary interest. The
I Brand Jury is expected st any time to
hand in Ats report on The Times case.

Description of Wall Chart
This Wall Chart consists of three sheets 36x28 inches.
The first sheet contains a map of the world in colors, sur-
rounded with flags of the different Nations, and showing
portraits of all their rulers up to and including the year
1910. On the reverse aide of the first page of the Wall
Chart is a Topographical Relief Map of the Panama Canal
and surrounding Territory, showing, lock canal as proposed
by latest plans, artificial reservoirs, dams, spillways, and
other important features. Also a description of the Panama
Canal and progress of the work, illustrated with three splen-
did half tone pictures showing a “view of Culebra Cut,"
“view of Railway Yanis at Christobel,’ "Steam Drills at
Work in Bus Obispo Cut.”
Map of Texas
The second page is a splendid map of Texas, surround-
ed on all sides by portraits of the different governors down
to and including Governor Colquitt. This is the latest map
made of Texas, and is up to and Including the year 1910, .
showing all the new railroads new counties and new cities, .
together with the 1910 Census Gazetteer of the State, show-
ing the population for every village, town, city and county.
Map of the United States
The third sheet of the Wall Chart will show a map of
the United States and possessions with portraits of the
presidents from Washington to Taft. On the reverse side
of the map of the United States will be found illustrations,
scenes that are a part of American history, together with
short sketches of twenty-eightof the principal cities of the
United States. ,
The Times has examined very carefully thia "New-, -
Home Library Wall Chart," and it is our candid opinion that
this chart is far superior in every way to the one which now
has a place in its business oilice, and which cost the sum of -
$2.00, and the Times does not hesitate to state that, so far as
Texas is concerned, it is the best that has ever yet been pub-
lished.
The Times has always advised others to advertise, and
its object in offering to give absolutely free to each and
every paid in advance subscriber, is to do a little advertising
.on its own account.
An order has already been placed for these Charts and
as soon as the publishers can have time to fill it, the Times
will give them out to those wishing to avail themselves of >
the opportunity to have in their homes and places of bus-
iness one of the best, if not absolutely the best Wall Charts
that is published.
The publishers write they have already received orders
for more than a half million of these 3-sheet or 6-page wall
charts. A sample of the Wall Chart can be seen at the Times
office by those interested.
