Ave. was in Taylor County jail
Wednesday, charged with forgery
and passing a forged instrument.
Deputy Sheriff Leroy Arnold ar-
rested Beard shortly after Justice
of the Peace Henry F. Long filed
and passing the check to S. B.

and their son, Glenn Alan, are liv-
ing at 1102 San Jose Dr.
Born in Trinity, Sgt. Timberlake
is a graduate of Trinity High
School. He enlisted in the Air Force
soon after graduation.
During World War II he served
in India and Puerto Rico and was
in Panama from 1946 to 1949.
