Inasmuch as our city scrip is now
worth from 75 to 80 cents we think
it the part ot wisdom for our city
council to at once make an effort to
re adjust all city contracts and get
as near on a cash basis as possible.
By doing this thousands of dollars
will be saved the city annually.

The pedestrians don't take to the
rock walks across thestreets during
the dry weather preferring to walk
around them but then junt wait
until It rains and see how they will
jostle and elbow each other for a
place on the friendly rocks. We do
not appreciate a thing until
Its use Is required. The rock
will be all right as soon as they are
sanded one good rain will settle

Eczema
All Her Life.
Mr. E. D. Jenkins of Lithonia Ga.
says that his daughter Ida inherited a
severe case of Eczema which the usual
mercury and potash remedies failed to
relieve. Year by year she was treated
with various mediciner external appli-
cations and internal remedies without
result. Her sufferings were intense
and her condition grew steadily worse.
All the so-called blood remedies did not
seem tc reach the dis-
ease at all until S.
S.S.was given when
an improvement
was at once noticed.
The medicine was
continued! with fav-
orable results and
now »he is cured
sound and well her
skin is perfectly
clear and pure and
she has been saved
from what threat-
al
ened to blight her life forever.
