the Arkansas and Ouachita rivers
were frozen over yesterday when
he passed overthem on the cannon

organized in this city yesterday.

but now of St. Louis was elected
president; J. F. Floyd of this city
was elected vice president; W. H.
Star of Conroe Texas secretary
and treasurer. The mill will be lo-
cated at Conroe. The company
has a paid up capital of s3ooooand
is chartered.
