A slow drizzling rain set in today
and the wind blew from the north
and we had our first touch of real
winter weather. We trust the spell

Club tomorrow night. The invita-
tion says the party will be a hard
time one and requests those re-
ceiving invitations to come in cos-
tume.
Mr. C. T. Thompson a Miller
county boy for some time past lo-
cated at Frostville is now with Mr.
Austin Adams. He will be glad to
have his friends give him a call.
Miss Kate Taylor who has been
out in California and Texas visiting
her sisters returned last night
much to the delight of her parents
and numerous young friends.
Mr. Dyke living on College Hill
died yesterday and his remains
were shipped to New Lewisville by
Undertaker Reeves to be buried
there. Mr. Dyke is a brother of A.
P. Dyke of Hope.
“Another girl" is what Judge W.
T. Hamilton reported to the officers
about the court house this morning
when they asked him what made
him late. Judge may the little
