Funding for crisis propane fuel has been reduced, and everyone, I
that needs this is to call this office, be placed on a waiting list, until’ |
notified that an application can be taken. You must be income
eligible, and the service will be prioritized. At this time, there is no I
other funding for energy assistance, gas or electric.1
The Christmas Wish List for The Center is limited but anything
you do for us is always appreciated. We need or would like to have
weather proof flags, Texas and American, and an installed flood light
for the flags. Also, the piano needs to be tuned, the carpet shampooed,
and we always need styrofoam cups. Also, a new screen door for the
atrium is needed.
On the more serious side, volunteers are needed and this wouldbe
the most wonderful and welcome gift. Would you wrap a ribbon
around yourself and come help us? All of the "extras" at The Center
are not funded by State, Federal, County, or Hill Country.
The last request for Christmas is of a spiritual nature ... that, all
of us can get along without whining and find fault. Andas we
celebrate this most wonderful season to keep in mind WHY we are
celebrating, and there isn’t room At Our Inn for unpleasantness.
