District Attorney Tom Davis of
the 39th judicial district and
County Attorney Clyde Grisson of
Haskell county spent Friday night
and Saturday morning in Wichita
Falla, conferring with District At-
torney James V. Allred of Wichita
county on the Mrs. Frank Collier
murder case, which is scheduled
for trial In Haskell on Monday,
May 25.
Following the conference.. Dis-
trict Attorney Allred stated that he
would be in Haskell on Mondsy,
May 25, to assist the state’s attor-
neys In the prosecution of the case.
A special venire of 140 men has
been ordered to report to Judge
Bruce W. Bfyant in the Haskell dis-
trict court on May 25. The Mrs. Col-

30th district court of Wichita
county to Haskell by agreement.
Mrs. Collier la charged in the in-
dictment with the murder of Bus-
ter Robertson,
Six new counties in California,
Iowa, Minnesota and North Carolina

The fourth quarterly meeting of
the Wichita Falls district, of Ep-
worth Leagues will be held in
Burkburnett Saturday and Sunday.
Mayc 23 and 24, at which time of-
ficers for the coming year will be
elected and delegates selected for
several conferences.
On Saturday, night, at the open-
ing session the Rev. E. C. Cole of
Electra will deliver an address to
the assembled delegates and Ep
worth Leaguers. Mias Lucile Camp-
bell of this city, secretary of the
district, urges that all members of
the organisation in the district at-
tend the opening session, ss well
as all later ones.
Sunday morning Rev. H. L. Ham-
ilton of Burkburnett will deliver a
special sermon to the Epworth
Leaguers and Sunday afternoon the
business session will be held
