A Lexington pickup and a Pharr
car were involved in a minor
accident at 2:45 p.m Monday, Dec.
11 during the icy conditions which
existed at that time.
The wreck happened on Highway
77 just north of Lexington and
involved a 1969 Ford driven by
Mateo E. Zuniga of Pharr and a
1968 Ford pickup driven by Robert
C. Morris of Lexington.
Patrolman Ralph Forsberg said
the Pharr car was going south on
Highway 77 when the Lexington
pickup came out of a private drive.
The pickup struck the left rear
fender of the car.
